Step 2:
On-Site Inspection

Our InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector® will arrive on site to provide a full structural, systems, and safety review using thermal cameras, moisture meters, and other advanced tools. To give you a complete picture of the property, we run appliances, check outlets, and perform other services that go above the legal requirement. At this time, we can also provide a walkthrough and answer any questions you and your real estate agent have.

Step 3:
Same Day Digital Report

Within 24 hours, you will receive a detailed report that includes photos, repair notes, and clearly categorized action items. We differentiate between urgent safety concerns, major repairs required, and long-term maintenance issues.

Avoiding alarmist language and scare tactics, we prioritize straightforward, easy-to-understand, fact-based communication that gives you a clear picture of the property’s condition, your options, and our professional recommendations.

Step 4:
Post-Inspection Review
