What to Expect with In Town Home Inspections
Step 1:
Book Your ‘No Rush’ Inspection
Book your inspection online, via the phone, or through one of our scheduling partners. In addition to volume discounts and flexible payment plans, members of our Realtor Partner Program enjoy priority scheduling with evening and weekend availability.
Step 2:
On-Site Inspection
Using thermal cameras, moisture meters, and other advanced tools, our InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector® provides a full structural, systems, and safety review of the property. We encourage real estate agents and investors to take advantage of a walkthrough and Q&A session, though this is optional.
Step 3:
Same Day Digital Report
Within 24 hours, you will receive a detailed report that includes photos, repair notes, and clearly categorized action items. Avoiding alarmist language and scare tactics, we differentiate between urgent safety concerns, major repairs required, and long-term maintenance issues so that your clients can better understand their options in clear, straightforward language. For investors, we offer customized reports that focus on ROI factors, such as asset lifespan and anticipated repair costs.
Step 4:
Post-Inspection Review
Following the on-site inspection and same-day report delivery, we always make ourselves available for an optional consultation. As an unbiased 3rd party, we provide straightforward, practical insights.
